Refund policy

 Returns & Exchanges

  1. DermaQuest must approve all returns. To return or exchange item(s), please call Customer Service at (800) 213-8100 Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST to receive a Return Authorization Number that must be marked on the outside of your return package. Any returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the shipment box will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
  2. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange products within 30 days of invoice. The returning product must be 80% full in order to receive a refund or exchange. A credit will be issued back to the original purchasing credit card.
  3. Items purchased through dermaquestinc.com can only be returned or exchanged through dermaquestinc.com. Products purchased through other Skincare Professionals or Distributors must be returned or exchanged through their original point of purchase.
  4. DermaQuest must be contacted within one-hour of submitting an order to make any changes to or cancel an existing order.
  5. Any product found damaged or defective must be reported to DermaQuest within 2 weeks from the invoice date to be eligible for a product exchange. A picture of the item(s) is required to receive replacement.
  6. In the event of an allergy or reaction, DermaQuest must receive details of reaction and a picture showing the visible skin reaction. DermaQuest will offer a product replacement or refund once the product is received.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact DermaQuest to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions prior to returning any item. Every return must have a Return Authorization Number in order to be accepted.

Unauthorized returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

After receiving your Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions:

  • Pack the item securely in its original product packaging.
  • Include a copy of the invoice.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
