Dermaquestinc.com goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery. All orders tracking number will be emailed to you when your shipment goes out.

 

Lost Shipments

Dermaquestinc.com is not responsible for mail theft. It is up to the customer to ensure the ship to address is safe for UPS to leave a package. All claims for loss insured packages can be submitted directly at your local post office.

 

Orders over $250

All Orders over $250 will be shipped requiring signature confirmation so please make sure you give a ship to address where a person will be available to sign for the shipment.
